Tmz Productions, LLC provides custom video production services including pre-production, filming, editing, post-production, and related deliverables as described in your proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. Schedules and milestones depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and access to required assets or locations. Tmz Productions, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (for example, platform outages, venue restrictions, or talent clearance).
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your project agreement. Production costs, licensing, and third-party expenses may be billed separately as applicable. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in pausing work or withholding delivery until payment is received.
Ownership and licensing of raw footage, project files, and finished videos are defined in your written agreement. Tmz Productions, LLC may retain rights to internal templates, methods, and non-client-specific tools developed in the course of providing services, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tmz Productions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from our services or this website. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid to Tmz Productions, LLC for that project during the six (6) months preceding the claim, unless a different cap is set in a signed agreement.
Termination rights, notice periods, and cancellation fees (if any) are governed by your project agreement. Upon termination as permitted, Tmz Productions, LLC will cooperate on a reasonable handoff of deliverables paid for to date, subject to the terms of your contract.
